Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every user to be 100% satisfied with their experience on NotaVeri. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, we will gladly refund your purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a request through our Contact Support page
  2. Select "Billing" as the category
  3. Include the date of purchase and a brief description of why you are not satisfied

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your financial institution, typically 5–10 business days.

4. Abuse Prevention

To prevent abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse future service to any user who, in our sole discretion, makes excessive or bad-faith refund requests. This does not affect your right to a refund for any current purchase.
